Kinikki is passionate about creating new and supplemental programs that address the current deficit in services provided within the community. Her focus is on positively impacting the long-term quality of life for every child and family while in the foster care setting and beyond.

As the Director of Adoptions, Cynthia enjoys developing policies, procedures, strategic expansion and overseeing adoption protocol. Cynthia’s leadership supports staff to enhance family services, while ensuring the agency’s mission and vision are achieved.
